There is so many anime and manga who featured delinquent as their main characters, they were always facing countless number of fights. Feared by most people, but still there will be someone who trying to challenge this person for the tittle of the strongest delinquent.

Let's take a look, which anime and manga character that known as delinquent.

Seiji "The Mad Dog" Sawamura From Midori no Hibi

Seiji Sawamura has spent his seventeen year life without a girlfriend, he is well known among school delinquents with his powerful right hand, Seiji only fight to protect his friends and weak people using his "Devil's Right Hand." Seiji actually a nice person at heart, like any normal guy who dreaming about having a girlfriend he always get turned down by every girls because of his delinquent status.

While worrying about not having any girlfriend, there is actually one girl that has had a crush on him. Her name is Midori Kasugano, for three years Midori always watching Seiji from a far. One day, Midori wishes to be with Seiji so much that she find herself in miniature form, in the place of Seiji right hand.
"Devil Right Hand" is Seiji powerful weapon. but, having a miniature girl replacing his right arm causing problem for him at first. But soon Seiji learns that a miniature girl in his right arm actually is the girl who love him the most.

Seiichirou "Scary Face" Kitano From Angel Densetsu

Seiichirou Kitano is a boy who possessed a serenely honest and simple heart, but unfortunately his outward appearance is the opposite. From his tiny black irises to his year-round ghost-pale skin and black marks under his eyes, which made him look like a patient in for a heroin overdose. His eyebrows were nearly non-existant, and he had to use liberal application of hair gel to keep his vicious bed-head under control.

When Seiichirou first transferred to a new school, the school principal first impression was "My 50 years of human experience is telling me that you have the face of a villain" Indeed, Seiichirou always been mistreated because people like to judge a person based on looks and appearance. All of his classmates were scared by his looks, Because Seiichirou face would inspires terror and despair in other people's hearts.

Seiichirou used to getting hit for no apparent reason at all, so he developed speed and reflexes which allow him to absorb the power of the blows; although he has no martial arts skill and doesn't like violence, this in itself is enough to make any skilled fighter lose their will to fight, so he's technically unbeaten.

Tatsumi "Ogre, Child-Rearing Badass" Oga From Beelzebub

Oga is easily agitated and is always willing to fight, unless it will bring out the Zebub spell. He appears to have his own skewed idea of what a 'man' should be like, and attempts to pass on these ideals to Be'el. Despite being called evil by almost every character of the series, he has shown to have a calmer and, if only slighlty, warmer side to him, shown when he speaks with Hilda about his position as Be'el parent and assuring Lamia that if Be'el ever got sick again he would call her immediately. He also seems to care, at least to some degree, about his classmates, as he quickly stopped Nene when she was about to fight Mikki, telling her she would lose if she did. He and Mikki seem to have some type of history together, yet Oga claims not to remember his old classmate. It is unknown if this is the truth as Mikki does not act suprised at Oga's statement. Oga, along with Furuichi, is an avid fan of the video game series "Dragon Quest" regularly making references to the series in the manga.

Daichi "Shina, Yankee-kun" Shinagawa From Yankee-kun to Megane-chan

The male protagonist of the story and known as "Yankee-kun," Shinagawa is a short-tempered delinquent  who does not like to be bothered and has no plans for his high school life until he meets Adachi. At first he is constantly annoyed about her repeated attempts at making him come on a school field trip until he learns about her past and her resolution to become a class representative. He is also an honorable person who will try everything to protect others. His best subject is math.

He has a love-hate relationship with Hana Adachi, liking her due to her nature to help others no matter what, but becoming annoyed with her due to her idiocy, lack of common sense, and forcing him to help with her bizarre plans and antics. He suspects that she is constantly with him because she likes him, but whenever he asks her about it, she ignores the question or acts ignorant on the subject. In the bonus chapter after 53, It was shown that Shinagawa decided to attend Mon Shiro only after seeing a beautiful girl at his entry exam (confirmed in chapter 61 to be Hana without her glasses and loose hair). Chiba, Izumi, and Akita were also presented. Shinagawa, although he always bicker with Hana, would do anything so that he won't hurt or upset her. Like, not telling her who he likes (which is obviously her, without glasses and with loose hair).

Masaya "Devil Ma-kun" Funabashi From Ocha Nigosu

Now a freshman in high school, "Devil Ma-kun" is hoping to reform his image after being labeled a delinquent in junior high due to his tough appearance, which caused him to get into a lot of fights. His explanation is that after winning one fight the losers comerades challenged him as well, and after their losses more and more people started challenging him to fights. While hoping to discard his bad image he tries to join a club, and chooses the tea club as it is the only one who's representatives are not to afraid to ask him.

Takashi Mitsuhashi From Kyou Kara Ore Wa !!

He gave up his ordinary school life and decided to "become a delinquent from today on" (thus the title of this manga), after moving to his new home in Chiba.
To make his appearance more noticeable, he dyed his hair blond (he often use this appearance to pretend to be a foreigner).Being a very athletic person, he used his talent for the sole purpose of brawling and actually becomes a real delinquent.
His fighting style is based around his speed, as he often dodges most attacks, becoming enraged whenever he is forced to block.
Despite being the most self-centered person in the series and may seem stupid or shallow at first, he actually cares about his friends.

Shinji Itou From Kyou Kara Ore Wa !!

Just like Mitsuhashi, Itou got transferred to Nanyou High's first year.
Being a complete reversal of Mitsuhashi, Itou's the kind of righteous person fighting for justice. Like his personality, his fighting style is also the opposite of Mitsuhashi's: he's incredibly tough, and often stands up from any beating, even in the most bleak of situations.
While he may be as strong as Mitsuhashi, Itou is beat up much more often than Mitsuhashi due to often sacrificing himself to protect others as well as fighting fair in unfair situations or against numerable opponents.

Takaya Saiki From Lilim Kiss

The main character in this series. A tough, but surprisingly vain guy who can't be beaten by anyone at his school (intellectually or physically) and sets Lilim free by opening the pendant, which was dropped on his head seemingly at random by a crow. He names her Lilim, after her species, since she has no name of her own. He makes a bargain with Lilim to be her sole provider of lifeforce, so as to protect other men from her predations. Takaya convinces his parents to let Lilim stay at their house and eventually falls in love with her, his personality mellowing greatly in the process. At the end, only Takaya's desire to be reunited with Lilim is capable of breaking the seal placed on her by Yukihiko.

Hey, we also have female delinquent too

Taiga "Palmtop Tiger" Aisaka From Toradora!

Taiga is a girl in Ryūji's class. She has a well-regulated and beautiful appearance though is unable to stomach company from others. Due to her often snapping at others in brutal ways and her short stature, she is given the nickname "Palmtop Tiger".

Her under-developed body and the added nickname has given her a complex which in turn serves to give her a negative attitude and facial expression. Essentially, Taiga gets upset easily and is considerably clumsy. She is also brutally honest, typically when she is lashing out at someone. Due to her cute looks (described as a doll by Ryūji), she often gets confessions of love by boys, but she turns down every one of them, including Yūsaku Kitamura (which she later regrets).

Despite coming from a well-to-do family, her life with them is very difficult because of various problems. Her father's business went bankrupt and he ran away, leaving Taiga in the care of her mother who was already remarried and had a new family of her own. Taiga has difficulty getting along with her step-father and half-sibling and since then, she has taken to living on her own. Since she came from a privileged household, she does not know how to do any domestic chores. When she meets Ryūji and learns of his domestic talents, she ends up relying on Ryūji to clean up after her. Aside from sleeping in her own house, and going to school, she spends most of her time at Ryūji's house; so much so that she is considered a member of his family.

At the beginning of the story, she is infatuated with his best friend Yūsaku Kitamura and gets nervous every time he appears around her. Due to this, Taiga and Ryūji team up to help each other get into a relationship with each other's best friend.

Reina "Rei-chan, Reirei" Ryuuzaki From Yandere Kanojo

Ryuuzaki, Reina is a high school gang leader who is also a special sort of yandere. She keeps it a secret that she has a boyfriend and also the fact that her boyfriend is an honor student who wouldn't seem to suite her on first glance.

Tanaka Manabu is a geeky student, on the way to school he meets a girl carrying a bloody bat. That girl is Ryuuzaki Reina, leader of the school's female delinquents. It's love at first sight. A gag manga (with a combination of 4koma and normal page) about having a yandere girlfriend. Note: In this series, They use "yandere" to as a "yankee" + "dere-dere" combination. Yandere usually means something different (google it). And a "yankee" is a trouble maker, it does not refer to Americans, google that too.

Madoka Ayukawa From Kimagure Orange Road

The archetypical "kimagure" (whimsical) character, Madoka is secretly in love with Kyōsuke, and is best friends with Hikaru Hiyama (who is also in love with Kyōsuke). Madoka is described as having an adult allure despite being in junior high school.

When she first meets Kyōsuke, she appears to be a pretty and sweet girl. This, however, is in stark contrast to her personality at school, where she is aloof and feared by both the male and female students as a reputed juvenile delinquent. In the TV series she is nicknamed "Madoka the Pick" due to her ability to wield a guitar pick like a shuriken. Despite her "punk" reputation, Madoka is also shown to excel at various activities both scholarly and athletic. She is able to earn high marks in school and still work a part time at Cafe ABCB (pronounced "ah-ba kah-ba").

Madoka's parents are kind-hearted but workaholic professional musicians often touring outside Japan, so she lives in a large house with her older sister. After her sister gets married and goes to live abroad with her husband, Madoka lives there alone. The story involves the eventual shedding of her tough exterior after she becomes Kyōsuke's friend, as evidenced by the changes in her life after she meets him. She gives up smoking because of him, and in the manga other characters note that she becomes friendlier and does better academically following Kyōsuke's arrival.

Saya "Anego, Angelica, Angie" Ikushima From Onidere

Saya is the leader of the Onigarashi and is known as the strongest person in the area that never had lost a fight, she rules over the area with the iron grip of her brute strength, but she has a secret: if anyone finds out that she is dating Tadashi, she will kill him first and then herself instantly. However, she is madly in love with Tadashi, so much, in fact, that even merely looking at him has been known to make her faint in happiness.
