A (sort of) angel tells him that he can be reincarnated as an animal and return to his body after he's lived out its lifespan. He chooses to be reincarnated as a penguin, Minako's favorite animal. Now Ginji lives with Minako as Gin the penguin and just tries to make it along as a penguin while waiting to be returned to his body.
Genko From Kobato
Genko was one of "The Other World" master as Ginsei and Ioryogi .Because Genko helped Ioryogi to start a war,to obtain "The thing that Ioryogi wanted no matter what " that was in heaven.They eventually were defeated and for violating the non-aggression pact,Ioryogi was punished to be in a plushie form and to help Kobato,Genko says that this is an unresonable,impossible and even hurdle than being in a plushie form.Genko was forced to be a bear with a baum-kuchen shop.And Ginsei was punished to take an animal form,a rabbit-like one:"The others who participated in that fight each received fitting punishments".
Genko dosen't sympathize much with Ioryogi,because he says that Ioryogi is younger than he, but is Genko not treated with any respect.Genko also finds it a similarity with Ginsei.
Ryu Ryu From Princess Ressurection
A panda revived by Sherwood's blood. Died when he fell out of the transportation container during transport to Sasanaki Zoo. (In the anime, his death was later during Zeppeli's attack.) The truth of the matter is that he was only knocked out during that battle, so he never died or was revived; Sherwood realized this only when she went to revive him. Sworn brothers with Can-can and Chou-chou (in reference to RoTK), the other two pandas in the zoo. It is unknown if the other two are blood warriors, but all three pandas are now living at Sherwood's residence.
Holo "Horo, Wise Wolf of Yoitsu" From Spice & Wolf

Holo is a wolf harvest deity originally from a land in the north known as Yoitsu. She made a promise with men from a town called Pasroe where she would ensure the town would have good wheat harvests year after year. However, as time went on, the townspeople slowly started to forsake Holo and did not rely on her as they once did. As such, Holo escapes from town in Lawrence's wagon and started traveling with him to see how much the world has changed since she has been in Pasroe. Holo has chosen the form of a girl younger than Lawrence, though she still retains her large white-tipped wolf tail, and ears. Her true form is that of a very large wolf which many people revered and feared.
She refers to herself as the "Wise Wolf of Yoitsu" (ヨイツの賢狼). She is typically very haughty and self-sufficient, though due to her isolation for hundreds of years in Pasroe, she gradually feels very lonely, and sometimes shows a more fragile side of herself. She relies on Lawrence for company as she fears loneliness, which is something that Lawrence is very aware of and tries to comfort her in his own way. Holo is also very aware of the different time spans that she and Lawrence have, as a human lifespan is like a blink of an eye for her kind. Holo is quite scared of that fact, but hides it with jokes. She has a peculiar way of speaking, modeled after that of the oiran high-class courtesans. She is fond of delicious food and alcohol, but especially loves apples. She takes pride in her tail and takes special care of it, constantly combing and maintaining it.

Sadaharu has the outward appearance of a giant dog, but is actually an inugami. When sitting on his haunches, he is taller than most humans. He was left in front of Gintoki's apartment in a box that had "To Mr. Freelancer" written on it. Sadaharu chomps on anything smaller than itself, such as Gintoki's and other people's heads. Kagura seems to be the only one who can control him, for she has immense strength, though he chomps on her occasionally. Though he was dangerous when Gintoki first received him, he has become quite tame in the later episodes, and has helped the main characters in many occasions. He was named by Kagura, after her first pet, a rabbit which she accidentally killed while having a nightmare. He was originally owned by a pair of miko sisters, who initially called him Kamiko.
Recently, Sadaharu has impressed a yakuza's boss and receives permission to date his dog (whom Sadaharu himself has fallen in love for).
Sadaharu's birthday is February 25. His height is 170 cm, and he weighs 300 kg.
Kuro-chan "Kit, Boss" From Cyborg Kuro-chan
The most strongest, violent cyborg cat. He was once an ordinary cat until after getting involved in an accident. He was then turned into a cyborg by Dr. Go, whom wanted him to stay with him under his command. However, Kuro rebelled and took down some of the doctor's minions.
He created a rivalry with Mikun, who taught him how to use a sword.
Eventually, in the middle of the series, he became comrades with Mikun. Later on, Kuro defeats Dr. Go and becomes friends with him.
Despite his scary and violent attitude, he still shows signs of kindness to someone which includes the two old geezers who took care of him and Nana, a cyborg created by Kotaro, who fell in love to him. He may be pissed whenever she is around but he still cares and worries to her and probably fell in love to her too.
Kurochan can use a revolving gun, a sword and his most ultimate form is The Devil form.
Hamtaro From Hamtaro
5th-grader Laura Haruna owns a hamster, and his name is Hamtaro. Gin now starts his training as a bear dog at the old man Takeda Gohei’s house. One day in the mountains, Gin meets a strange group of wild dogs who have organized themselves to kill the bear Akakabuto. He now starts a voyage to seek out strong dogs who will be willing to help them fight against Akakabuto. During the journey, Gin becomes an adolescent and the leader of the large platoon. His sense of justice and generosity encourage many dogs to swear loyalty to him.
